Fulltime 72 – 80 hrs per 2 week pay-period

Medical Office Registration Specialist

Summary of duties & responsibilities:

The Medical Office Registration Specialist is responsible for greeting our patients and ensuring that the needs of our patients are met with care and courtesy.

These duties also include handling the electronic registration process appropriately and accurately, answering incoming phone calls, scheduling, including a check-in and check-out process in collecting co-pay’s etc. Other responsibilities will include incoming faxed patient referrals and assisting our patients and guests with general questions. And other misc duties as assigned.

Minimum Education requirements:

High School Diploma / GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.44 - $19.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
