Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent Customer Service and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and having knowledge in the parts or automotive industry are a plus.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls

- Assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Provide repair bill bids and create final repair invoices
- Ordering parts
Requirements:
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Knowledge of auto parts and vehicles is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
