Salary- Must arrive at 8:50am every morning
- Answer phone calls/ Greet anyone who comes into the office.
- Problem Solving
- Recording and reporting events/incidents between clients/caregivers to supervisor.
- Following up with clients weekly to ensure all clients are satisfied with the care provided by caregivers
- Scanning, faxing, light paperwork and filing documents
- Following up with caregivers to ensure everything is going well with their clients
- Help with staffing caregivers for clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
