If you thrive in a fast-paced medical setting and excel at providing exceptional customer service, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Family Medicine Practice as a Front Desk Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments, handle check-ins, and verify patient information.
- Answer phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in a medical Front Desk or similar role is a plus.
