Responsibilities:
- Check-in patients
- Verify insurance information and benefits
- File insurance claims
- Collect necessary paperwork and payments
- Schedule appointments and call with reminders
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
- Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
