Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist that has familiarity and in depth understanding of patient insurance benefits and must be well versed in obtaining insurance breakdowns.

Job responsibilities:

Self-starter able to work independently and in a team environment.
Candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of dental billing, PPO insurance, and dental terminology.
Strong computer, internet, verbal, writing, and math skills.

Communicating with insurance companies to ensure eligibilities are checked prior to patient's appointment.
Assisting in collections/patient copays, accurately posting of payments in the ledger.
Manage patient scheduling and direct patient traffic flow.
Present treatment plans to patients and organize and present financial arrangements.
Manage specialist referral process.
Knowledge or Fluency in Spanish required

Working knowledge of Open Dental and Dexis, is a big plus.
