Income potential is unlimited with current employees averaging commissions + base of $100,000+ No license or tax experience required, and we receive plenty of exclusive inbound leads. You must be available to work in the office in Santa Ana, CA 5 days a week for your 90-day training program. After successful training, you will be eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days a week in the office, and 3 days a week at home.

POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role you will respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients looking for financial counseling and tax resolution assistance. There is NO COLD CALLING! All leads provided are in real-time from our branded online, radio, and television advertisements in addition to our financial services referral partners. We do not buy leads from lead providers or third parties and all our leads are EXCLUSIVE. You will not find higher QUALITY LEADS anywhere else!
As an Inside Sales representative, you will work with prospective clients to help identify the root of their tax problem, qualifying them for Optima's various services, enrolling clients to the service(s) that will help achieve the best possible resolution, and forwarding them to our tax resolution staff. This is a fulfilling role as you are the first step in helping our clients obtain relief from their most pressing tax problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with prospective clients regarding their tax problems via outbound or inbound telephone calls.
- Assess prospective clients’ tax problems by asking a set of predetermined questions designed to identify the source(s) of their tax liability.
- Qualify prospective clients for one of Optima’s various services based on their tax liability.
- Close transaction by collecting all executed enrollment documents from clients and transferring to Optima’s Servicing Teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
