What you will be doing:
- Greeting customers and upholding the highest standard of customer service
- Managing scheduling system for all providers including Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Nutrition, and Fitness
- Collecting patient and client payments as necessary
- Responding to new-patient inquiries and referrals, including Motor Vehicle Accident and Labor and Industries clients
- Creating, updating, and maintaining detailed client accounts with demographic and insurance information
- Answering phones and faxes
- Other duties as assigned
Experience Momentum is looking for either a full-time Front Desk staff for our wellness center in Mill Creek, WA.
