Front Desk Receptionist - Law Firm

Medium-sized Lexington Law Firm is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first to greet our incoming clients and get them set up for their appointment. Answer incoming telephone calls to the main firm office line, transfer calls and take messages. Maintain office calendar and firm email account. The Front Desk Receptionist also assists with filing; organizing; handling mail; stocking supplies; maintaining the lobby, conference rooms, common and kitchen areas; and assisting staff as necessary. Some lifting is required as part of this position. May also be asked to perform some legal assistant tasks.

Must be available Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Microsoft Word and Outlook experience helpful. We offer full benefits after 90 days, paid holidays and competitive salary in a friendly, professional atmosphere that is located conveniently downtown with on-site parking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
