We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors and provide them with a positive and professional experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in phone systems, and have experience in providing administrative support.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing and pulling charts
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
