Front Desk/ Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience:
- Previous experience at a Front Desk,Recptionist role preferred
-- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
