Orangewood Inn & Suites in Austin,TX seeks a qualified Front Desk service representative with a high level of professionalism and effective decision making skill. Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Key Requirements:
- Successful history as a Front Desk agent or related hospitality and/or customer service experience
- Must have a flexible work schedule
- Must be timely, attentive, friendly, and courteous
- Must possess basic mathematics and computer skills
- A task-driven, hardworking individual
- Must be of age 18 or older
- Must be qualified to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests
- Booking reservations
- Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
- Accommodating guest requests and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
- Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
- Handling cash, credit card, and direct bill payments
- Maintain a clean and neat Front Desk and lobby area
