Description: Receptionist for busy law office, including greeting clients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, running daily errands, clerical work in connection with the preparation of legal documents, and assisting with office tasks under the direction of two attorneys.
Requirements:
1. Possess good telephone communication skills and people skills necessary for engaging with clients and other professionals (i.e. attorneys; abstractors; surveyors; realtors; paralegals; village, town, county, state and court officials, etc.)
2. Must be able to follow directions for the preparation of various legal documents, with great detail and clerical accuracy, staying task-oriented, while working in a fast-paced environment.
3. Be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
4. Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
