Front Desk Receptionist

We are a continuously growing group looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist for our Rheumatology practice in our Annapolis, MD location. The applicant must have great customer service skills, embrace a team mentalilty, be proficient with computers, and have efficient time management skills.

Applicant will be responsible for:

- checking in and out patients

- confirming appointments

- scheduling appointments

-collecting co-payments

- insurance verification

- scanning paperwork and triaging faxes

- triage phone calls to doctors and medical assistants if unable to assist the patient with their request

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
