Responsibilities:
- Warmly and professionally greet patients, visitors, and vendors
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks such as printing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed
- Maintain accurate patient profiles in our Electronic Health Record system.
- Efficiently manage an integrated appointment schedule for multiple providers, patients, and appointment types.
- Verify and manage patient payments, according to practice policy.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area and organize supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
- Ability to travel between our Queens locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-4 years experience as a receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role (hospitality backgrounds encouraged to apply)
- Energetic, challenge-driven, personable, and responsible with a professional demeanor
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service to a diverse patient population
- Detail-oriented and holds grace under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Native computer/software user.
- Dependable and punctual

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
