About Doctor Beddow
Dr. Beddow is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who has been practicing in the Bay Area for over two decades. In addition to caring for pregnant women and their families, Dr. Beddow also treats women for generalized primary care and gynecologic issues, infertility, irregular bleeding, post-menopausal issues and annual exams.
We are seeking a receptionist with a friendly demeanor who can answer phones and schedule appointments on Epic’s electronic health records system in our San Mateo office.
Responsibilities : calling patients to confirm appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting copayments, and printing paper charts. Additional duties include scanning paper documents into electronic patient charts, faxing written orders, and helping to direct patients in the office.
We are looking for either
- A student or other individual who can work reliably 4-5 days a week from 2-5 PM in the afternoon.
- An individual who can work 9-5 4-5 days a week.
Compensation depends on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week
