Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary

Physical Therapy clinic located in Dunkirk, with a second location in Prince Frederick, is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Care Coordinator) who will work as the first point of contact for our new and current patients. Main responsibilities include answering phones, greeting and checking in patients upon arrival, scheduling appointments, collecting co-payments, verifying insurance coverage and benefits, and entering patient data into our EMR software.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal incumbent should be proficient in Microsoft Word, internet concepts, and general computer operations. They should also possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior office or customer service experience is preferred.
