We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in a customer service-oriented role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide basic information about the company and its services to customers and visitors.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
• Update records in the company database.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
