Job Description:
The Tennis Club of Hastings is looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join the The Tennis Club of Hastings Team. This is an ideal position for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing, creative organization.
- Professionally greet members and guests
- Answer phones professionally
- Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies
- Learn club software and update member's accounts regularly
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area
- Ability to work opening/closing/mid-day shifts
- Ability to tour members
- Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
- Aid other departments with other related tasks
- Ability to think creatively, improvise, and multitask
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience
- High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience
- Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
- Preferably interested in health, fitness, sports, and/or the arts
- Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing
- Must be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
