Pain management practice looking for a patient service representative who can speak English, Mandarin/Cantonese.
Currently hiring for our Manhattan and Flushing location. Must be able to commute to both locations.
Mon, Wed, Thursdays in Manhattan
Tues & Fri in Flushing
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of a high volume multi-specialty practice
- Meet and greet patients, verify insurance eligibility and demographics
- Process patient arrivals quickly and efficiently
- Collect patients copayments, deductible and patient’s balances
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answers incoming calls
Desired Skills and Experience
- Secondary language, Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
- Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
