Front Desk Receptionist For Busy Salon In Palm Beach Gardens

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, superb computer skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

DUTIES
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Check voicemails, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information about our products and services to clients
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the FRONT DESK area

EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Prior or current salon experience a plus!
