Front Desk Clerk
Company Overview: Cutting Edge Tint, experts with over twenty years of tinting experience in Automotive, Residential and Commercial applications is seeking a Front Desk Clerk
Front Desk Agent Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ascertains their purchasing needs.
- Assists customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
- Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers.
- Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Facilitates correspondence with customers via email and different social platforms.
- Works collaboratively with other staff.
- Some sales experience preferred.
- Ability to weekends and some holidays
- Other job duties as needed.
Compensation: $15-20/hour based on experience
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm & Saturday 10am - 2pm

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior industry experience preferred
