Front Desk Receptionist / Accounts Receivable and Payables

Job Summary: Hutkin Development Company is a long established, locally owned and operated commercial real estate firm currently seeking an organized and team-oriented Front Desk Receptionist with a background in accounting and administration support to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage Front Desk responsibilities and be part of the administrative team. The firm engages in all aspects of commercial real estate including asset management and property leasing.

Responsibilities:

1. Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors.
• Answer and direct phone calls.

2. Front Desk Management:

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

3. Accounting Support:

• Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
• Work with the accounting department to provide support as needed.

4. Administrative Support:

• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
• Assist with the preparation of documents as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic accounting software knowledge and experience.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receptionist role and accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
