Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and equipment
- Provide general administrative support to brokers and sales agents
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Graphic Design And Social Media skills as well as email, and document management is a must.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Experience in event planning is a bonus
