Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage and maintain the Front Desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with various office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using Google&Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and service
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience working at a Front Desk or in a customer-facing role is preferred
