Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or mental health office setting, possess strong administrative and organizational skills, and be proficient in computer literacy.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist with patient inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Skills:
- Previous experience in a medical office role is preferred
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including data entry and file management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional and friendly demeanor
