The Receptonist will report to the General Manager.
Job Overview
As the the Receptonist you will be the face of the store front! You are the first and last face our clients see, it's important to leave a posiy ve and lastng impression on them. You will be handling dogs and communicating with our groomers. We are a very passionate crew and we will seek excellence from you too.

- Must be able to speak to clients and communicate in accordance.
- Will communicate with management with any questions.
- Will maintain and organize the Front Desk.
- Will make sure to organize and input merchandise.
- Will make sure grooming notes are put into the system.
- Will be responsible to organize the groomers schedule.
- Will be checking in and checking out clients, as well as rescheduling them for the next appointment
- Will check for online appointments.
- Will be in charge of cleaning (but not limited to) the Front Desk, kennels, and towels.
Qualifica/ons
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 1-2 years in reception (preferred)
- Education: High school diploma/ GED
- Specific skills: Communicator, can work as a team
- Personal characteristics: must Love dogs, be a positive person
- Physical abilities: Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Animal handling: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Addison, TX 75001: Relocate before starting work (Required)
