Front Desk/ Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and guests. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and policies
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
