The Arc Westchester, a leading non profit Social Services agency in Westchester County, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for our Yonkers location.
This person will be responsible for managing the reception desk of our Day Services Site in Yonkers, NY.
Duties include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Maintaining visitor and vendor logs
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Scheduling conference rooms
- Assisting with general clerical and computer work.
Requirements:
- Requires High School Diploma/GED and previous reception experience.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both oral and writing
- Welcoming personality and excellent interpersonal skills
