Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of personal assistant and clerical duties
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Schedule is from 8:00AM-5:00PM, Hours subject to change depending on volume.
