Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe and distribute messages as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and Front Desk operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to transcribe messages accurately and efficiently
- Strong administrative skills
