Front Desk Receptionist

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting walk-in customers with concerns or service needed accordingly.
• Data entry into the system.
• Taking phone calls and provide customer service.
• Making outgoing calls
• Providing updated reports to Office Management on a weekly basis

Requirements:

• Customer Service Skills
• Microsoft Word/Excel
• Sense of urgency and integrity
• Bilingual (English/ Spanish Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Data Entry: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• La Mirada, CA 90638: Relocate before starting work (Required)
