Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical office assistant or receptionist preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
