SalaryWe are a busy Cardiology office in Oceanside, California, looking for a front office receptionist. Candidate must be personable, organized, efficient and capable of problem solving/critical thinking . Must also be a self-starter, detail-oriented and multi-task and be able to deal effectively with both patients and staff. Knowing Athenahealth Electronic Medical Record system is a plus.
Duties include, but not limited to, answering phone lines, taking payments, scheduling appointments, data entry, other administrative duties.
This position is full-time, M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Paid holidays, Medical insurance, vacation and sick time.
