Front Desk Receptionist

Mobilelink is growing! We are looking to add the role of a Front Desk Receptionist in our Sugar Land office. This position is the first face or voice of the company to the public. We are looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously and who also is skilled in general office tasks such as scanning and copying. This role is fully onsite Monday-Friday 9-6pm CT and is based out of Sugarland, Tx.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides the caller with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
• Receives, sorts and forward's incoming mail.
• Maintains and routes publications.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services as needed (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.

Desired Qualities:
