. Exhibit strong customer service skills in daily interaction with the public, staff, and physicians in the performance of job duties
. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, keeping the company's Core Values and Shared Purpose at the forefront of your actions.
. Obtaining and protecting Patient Health Information
. Discussing patient balances and collecting Copayments/Balances
. Scheduling with both the patient and provider schedules in mind
. Understanding and Verifying Insurance Eligibility and the requirements of those plans
. Responsibility for daily collection reconciliation
