Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information and assistance to clients, customers, and employees
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
