We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to clients, customers, and employees
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks effectively
