We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming personality, prior experience in Outlook, Microsoft Word and other computer software.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with Office supplies and order entry
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Recepsionist or in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excell for clerical tasks could be desired
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic clerical tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office.
