Front Desk/ Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our Law Firm. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and have experience in office management.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing information
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
