Front Desk/ Receptionist

Our business is seeking a bilingual ( Spanish and English)Front Desk Receptionist to join our team of professional, customer-focused employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and interacting with clients, managing telephone correspondence and will be an integral member of the management team. Previous experience in a customer service preferred but not required, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, is required.

Responsibilities

• Making appointments
• Answer phone calls.
• Communicate with other team members.
• Maintain charts.
• Translate for non English speaking clients.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Confidential (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Lawrenceville, GA 30043: Relocate before starting work (Required)
