As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon.
Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: L'AmourS Nail and Spa
Hours: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week
Compensation: $18 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently using our booking system.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Manage client payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Uphold our salon's standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
