Front Desk Receptionist

The AIM Outdoor Group is a rapidly expanding organization specializing in the production of Firearms and Firearms Accessories. We are seeking to add an energetic individual to our growing team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, this individual will be responsible for a multitude of tasks most important of which is being the face of the company to all visitors and inbound phone traffic.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide general administrative support to managerial and sales team.

- Perform general office tasks as required.

- Greet visitors in a professional manner.

- Answer multi-line telephone including taking and relaying messages as needed.

- Data entry using in-house database as needed

- Process sales order

- Organize and maintain office supplies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- A High School Diploma or a G.E.D. or above

- General office clerical skills (e.g. phones, typing, filing, etc.)

- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to handle multiple assignments

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent customer service while maintaining customer privacy

- Positive and friendly attitude

- Strong verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Front Deks/Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
