SalaryWe are looking for a team member to join our busy general dentist office. Experience preferable but not necessary. Experience with Eaglesoft practice management system is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for doctors and hygienists
-Pre-Estimate claim administration and follow up with patients prior to appointments
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong clerical and administrative abilities
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations and procedures in regards to dentistry
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
