Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Front Desk team member. As the first point of contact for our studio, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our current and prospective members have a positive and memorable experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about women centered environments, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Manage memberships, including sign-ups, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting members and prospective customers with questions, concerns, and requests.
- Follow up with current and prospective members via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Attend and complete all relative training programs.
- Take pictures and videos for social media platforms.
- Present available services to current or prospective members.
- Handle check-ins and greet members upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Conduct studio tours for first-time customers, showcasing our studio and services.
- Assist prospective customers with appointment bookings and scheduling for classes, private lessons, and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk, in our lobby and dance studio area.
- Assist with ordering retail products, verifying accurate inventory counts, and ensuring proper stocking alongside studio supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with the owner, instructors and other staff to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Be an expert on studio specific and company-wide operational procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the studio.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fitness or boutique studio environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and proficiency in using studio management software (experience with MindBody or similar platforms is a plus).
- Passion for promoting health, wellness, and empowerment among women.
- Availability to work 4 hour shifts on (2-3) weekday evenings and (1) weekend morning shift as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
