- Meets Guests at designated pick-up locations.
- Coordinates/Communicates with the Transportation Team all guests that need to be picked up or taken back to their resort.
- Walk guests to and from the sales centers.
- Maintain a courteous, smiling personality at all times while following the Hilton culture.
- Checks and corrects manifested tours for the following day for accurate transportation pick-up.
- Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
- Keeps track of daily gas receipts
- Ensure timely transportation pickups are communicated.
