Your day-to-day in the job will include assisting patients in check-in and check-out to the offices, taking and processing payments for exams, glasses, and contacts, presenting and explaining insurance benefits to patients, making appointments, keeping the schedule running smoothly, working with coworkers to achieve the best possible experience in the office for patients, answering the phone, and providing top-notch customer service.

You will be joining a wonderful small team of optometrists, optometric technicians, opticians, and Front Desk associates. We are friendly and easy to work with, yet also place a high value on hard work and motivation. We enjoy having fun at work and are looking for someone who is also easy to work with and comfortable working with people all day!

***This job requires working at multiple locations each week. We are currently searching for someone who is able to work at the following locations: Northborough, Hudson, Worcester, and Holden***
