SalaryWe are a busy pediatric practice seeking a dynamic team player to join our Front Desk staff, full-time, in our Edgewater office. Candidates must have an outgoing personality mixed with professionalism and organization. This position is responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, completing reports, and taking messages. We are seeking an individual who is dependable/reliable, personable, naturally friendly, bright, inquisitive, and an excellent communicator. Medical office Front Desk knowledge and experience required. Pediatric experience preferred, however will train the right candidate. This position requires weekend and evening work rotation.
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer and typing skills and EMR knowledge.
- Must have exceptional oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent costumer service skills.
- Must be able to manage time and multitask.
