Front Desk Manager/Receptionist

We are in search of a Front Desk Receptionist to take charge of our daily Front Desk operations and ensure top-notch client satisfaction. As the face of our brand, you will be the initial point of contact, setting the tone for our guests' experiences. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you'll thrive in an energetic atmosphere. We're seeking an individual who embodies high energy, fun, drive, and enthusiasm, someone eager to evolve alongside our growing brand.

Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, centered around offering vital administrative support throughout the organization. Your friendly demeanor will extend to warmly welcoming and attending to our guests, managing Front Desk activities, and guaranteeing the delivery of unparalleled customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Commencing salary of $14 per hour, coupled with commission opportunities and supplementary bonuses.

- Enjoy a flexible work schedule that encompasses mornings, evenings, and weekends.

- While prior Customer Service and Sales experience is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement.

- Proficiency in navigating computers and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette is essential.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
