Front Desk Manager-Physical Therapy

Job Overview:
We are a rapidly growing Concierge Physical Therapy Company in the North Fort Myers and Fort Myers area. We are looking for a Front Desk manager for our two offices to assist us in providing exceptional care to our patients. The office is in North Fort Myers with remote work available after training period. Prior Experience in a Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation setting required.

Duties:
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
- Handle billing and payment processing, including insurance claims
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Train and supervise Front Desk staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Resolve any issues or complaints from patients in a timely manner

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a physical therapy office is required
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical scheduling procedures is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
